The Quest - Episode 12

 

FLASHBACK Continues......

Dona: (Speechless) You know?

Princess Shaba: (Nodded her head) Yes, I was only waiting to see between the both of you who would first open up. Don't forget that I am seer. I see things. I had always know Tasha wasn't who she said she was from the start but I pretended, she would think that her magic had worked on me.

Dona: Since you know, what will then be my fate since I have failed in getting the stone from this Palace.

Princess Shaba: Fear not Dona, you see, the Magical stone which you seek is with me.

Dona: (Surprised) Really?

Princess Shaba: Yes. My parents doesn't know this, but my grandmother once visited me.

Dona: You mean the one the king told me about, his mother.

Princess Shaba: (Nodded her head) Yes, she gave me the stone and told me to guide it well . And that magical stone is what you and Tasha seek, although I know what you need it for but for Tasha I don't.

Dona: I too am confused. My mother seems to know Tasha very well and even told me to stay away from her. She had always kept me in dark. I feel like giving her the stone is very wrong. There is something she is hiding from me.

Princess Shaba: Maybe, but you are going to find out.

Dona: How will I find out when I haven't seen the stone yet. I can't fight you to take the stone, even if I fight you, I still don't know where the stone is.

Princess Shaba: I am going to give you the stone to give it to Dontizu and find out her real purpose.

Dona: (Surprised) Why? I don't get it, why will you give me the stone your grandmother kept hidden for a reason.

Princess Shaba: I didn't say I would give you the real one

. Listen to be carefully, Tasha is already on the way here, I can sense her close by. There are two magical stones with me, a real one and a fake one. I will give you the fake one to give to Dontizu.

Dona: And what happens if I give it to her?

Princess Shaba: She will show you her true self. Now the plan is I will go with you. It was said the Lost one would be lead home and cure me of my sight. You are the lost one, and when the time comes, Dontizu would be in the right position to tell you what it meant. By then, her true self would show. But you have to play along.

Dona: I don't get it nor understand why I am being refer to as the Lost one but I will do as you have spoken. But how would you come with me when Tasha and your parents might look for you.

Princess Shaba: (Laughs) You worry too much Dona. I have already planned it out since ( she opened her Palm and murmur some words, her palm glows and she placed it one her bed. A look alike of her appeared on her bed, sleeping.

. Dona gasped out in surprised) I take it that it worked. Now the final touch, Dona make your hand bleed and rub it on my look alike forehead, it would make Tasha think that I was hit. (Dona use magic to make her hand bleed and rub it on the forehead of Princess Shaba sleeping form).

Dona: I have done that, so what's next?

Princess Shaba: Stretch forth your hands (Dona did as the princess also stretch out her hand. Their hands touching) Now I am going inside you, because I also want to know the reason why Dontizu really needs this stone. (So saying, she entered the body of Dona. Dona held her head in her hands as she felt the presence of the Princess in her body).

Dona: (Stretch herself upright) But what about the stone?

Princess Shaba: (in her spoke) Don't worry about that, just get your stuff and leave this Palace immediately, Tasha has almost gotten here. (Dona disappeared from the Princess room as the door opened to reveal Tasha).

Dona appeared right back in her room, took her few belongings and disappeared from the palace.

End of FLASHBACK.

Dona having rested the whole day finally turned to Dontizu who had been patiently waiting for her to speak.

Dona: I have that which you seek.

Dontizu: (Smiled) I know that my dear daughter. Give it to me.

Dona lifted up her Palm and a sinny blooded stone made an appearance in her hand.

She gave it to Dontizu.

Dontizu: (immediately collected the stone from Dona) Oh yes. I have held you at last. I told you that one day I would hold you in my arms again (She looks at Dona and smiled) you have truly done well Dona. It is time for me to go back to the way I was before.

Dontizu left Dona, a evil smirked presented itself on the Conner of Dontizu lips.
