Banished Angel - Episode 9

Elena! Maria called out to her daughter, this is the third time you are zooming off she said with concern in her voice, are you sure you are alright? 

Yes mom, am just tired, I think I will go upstairs and rest. Elena could not stop thinking about Raguel, "its really wired to say I miss him, but gosh I do miss him so much" she does not even know what actually stir up the feeling inside of her.

Elena get a grip of yourself she muttered and bury her face in her pillow, I think a bath will clear my head she said as she made her way to the bathroom.

What do you mean she is not entirely human? Raguel asked, its very obvious, the demons can't just capture any human, unless there is something special about them and she can also see you when you are invincible, Raphael said looking at Raguel who's outer expression screams worry, he cannot blame Raguel for worrying, when a person has a soulmate he always worry and make sure they are alright.

You are right, I have not really thought about that as a possibility to why the demons will want my soulmate Raguel said, thank you Ralph, I really appreciate your help.

Immediately the words left his mouth he started to feel uneasy, he was trying hard to compose himself but he could not, something just felt off to him and Raphael notice it and was quickly at his side.

Are you alright? 

Elena, he whispered, Raphael knows what that mean, when a soulmate is in trouble they will feel it, they wasted no time as they both flashed their wings and disappear.

Elena was struggling in the grip of the demons, she did not know how they found her, she was going to the bathroom when she heard a sound from her window, she quickly went to see what had made the sound when the demons caught her, the demons landed and shoved her aside.

What do you want from me? She asked

You will know soon, let's just wait for your boyfriend to come, I bet he is on his way.

Boyfriend? She asked confused, I don't have a boyfriend she said and I don't know what you are talking about, I think you got the wrong person she said.

We don't make mistake the demon said, it seems like your wings boyfriend did not say anything to you, the demon laughed, well let me enlighten you a little, you and that Angel share a special bond and you are not just an ordinary human the demon added.

I don't understand what you are saying she said, she was beyond confused to what this demon is saying, " i have a bond with an Angel" she thought to herself, what could be so special about me, all the questions without answers is really driving her crazy, a bright light that shone brightly pulled her out of her thought.

Raguel was quickly at her side checking her for any type of damage, are you okay? Raguel asked with total concern in his voice, Elena could not bring herself to say anything, she was so relieved that the Angel was there and she was also wondering why Raguel did not say anything about their bond.

Raguel now its not the time, Raphael said pulling them back to reality, we are surrounded by demons he added.

Raguel scanned the area, he could see some demons ready to pounced on them, he stood up and pulled Elena behind him and also taking his stance to fight before Raphael spoke.

Take Elena and go, I will take care of this Raphael said, Raguel began to shake his head, I will not leave you here Ralph we will fight them together Raguel said.

I will be fine, just take Elena and go, I promise I will take care of this and I will meet you up, Raphael said looking as he held Raguel gaze, Go! He said sternly. 

Raguel reached for Elena, but a demon pushed Elena aside and pounced on the Angel, Raguel was taking unaware he did not know the demon was even there, the demon might has sneaked up on him when he was talking with Raphael.

Raguel wasted no time as he threw a punch at the demon who had pushed Elena, the demon fell flat on the ground, many other demons came his way but he was able to defeat them, he kept his sees on Elena who had pressed her back against the wall watching with a terrified expression he was trying to reach for her when he saw a demon from the corner of his eyes lunging towards Raphael who was not even aware the demon was coming his way.

Raguel ran and pushed other demons out his way as he reached for Raphael and pushed him aside before the demon could strike but he was not fast enough to save himself because the blade of the demon cut deep into his side, he screamed in pains as he fell to the ground.

Elena cold feel his pain, its just seems she was also cut too but she Knows Raguel felt worse she wasted no time as she lunged towards the demon before he could strike Raguel again she pushed the demon with all the strength she had which knocked the demon out, she could not even think where that strength, let alone the courage came from.

Go quickly, Raphael said to Raguel giving them a reassuring smile, Raguel could not argue with Raphael he was in so much pain, he pushed through his pains and flashed his wings with Elena in his hands and they both disappeared.
