THE OBS HANGOUT AT THE ZOO IN THE UNIVERSITY OF IBADAN
It was a bright Sunday morning. As early as 5am, I was already on my way to the park taking a bus going back to my Primary place of pariolodo assignment. It was the first bus so it got full very fast. By 5.50am, we were already on our way. I have been reminiscing how my day was going to go. Earlier in the week, I have put a call through to Eka, Sylvia and Precious to know their availability for Sunday. I was a little bit bored and I still get like 10k for account. All work and no play make Jack a dull boy like oyinbo people will say. I don’t really need that play though. All I needed was been around friends and I felt what could be much more if I decided to use the opportunity to meet my OBS friends again since January. I also decided to call Eniola maybe she can join us too. I told my OBS friends to meet me by 12pm at the Zoo in U.I. Precious was suggesting that we should go to the movies.

She later called me back to inform me that the Zoo will be better because going to the movies will be quite expensive.
I had earlier planned to go to Eniola’s house at Challenge, spend some little time with her before heading U.I. Toll gate wa o! I informed the driver after we passed the Guru Maharaji’s church along the express way. Immediately I dropped at Tollgate, I took a cab to Challenge but the only issue on ground was to know the exact venue I was going. So I decided to call Eniola so I could get her address. Na so God take catch me o. I called Eniola up to 15 times but she didn’t pick the call. Chai! Na me this girl dey use dey form? That was how I was stranded on the road. How will I locate her? Where will I start from? You know how big ibadan is. Chai!
