I hugged Laudia as we come down from the podium

"We did it" she whispered to me

I smiled

She is indeed a great partner

Our endless stay in the recording room and countless practice paid off

I snapped and signed some until the guards hired by Tony stopped them from coming closer

As I got outside there was much paparazzi

The press rushed to me immediately and crowded around me asking me questions that I found funny and easy to answer

Tony stood there in his cooperate suit smiling 

I smiled back

I must admit he looks so handsome and I guess that suit and shoes must have cost a lot

After my question and answer with the press, I walked gracefully towards Tony who has been standing there waiting patiently

"Hey love" he said immediately I got closer and hugged me

"Congrats love, you did it" he said yet again looking into my eyes

"You made it possible"
"You and Austin"
"I owe all the gratitude to you both"

I said smiling back at him

"Besides why the Cruz attached to my name" I asked

He puts his hands on his lips indicating me to keep quiet

Mmmmmhh, those lips again

He fumbled his hands in his pocket and dropped down on one knee

"Oh my God" I shouted looking around
"Tony what are you doing"
"Stand up please" 

I try to get him up but he refuses

The press rushed to our side

I bet they couldn't miss this piece of news

He looked up at me with all manner of seriousness, sweating as if he is about to do something tedious

"You owe gratitude to me right" he asks

I nod still trying to figure out where he is headed

"No, I need you to answer me"

"Okay, yes"
"But I didn't tell you to kneel ............

I made to explain but he cut me short

"Can you please pay me that gratitude by being my wife"

He says and brings out a diamond ring

My eyes almost bulge out of its socket
I couldn't even guess how much he spent to get that rich ring

I freeze

"Answer me love"

"I have waited for this moment long ago"

"I have rehearsed things to say and how to say it but what continued popping in my head is that you are my rare gem"

"Please accept my proposal and make me the happiest man on earth

"Awwwnnnn, so romantic" said someone from the crowd

I looked around and spotted who said that
"Laudia"

She just smiled at me and gave me a nod

Austin was standing beside her and mouthed

"Just say yes and release him please"

I covered my face with both hands

I can't believe this is happening

"Love, am still kneeling here"

I stretched out my hands and shouted a very big YES

"I will marry you Tony, I can't imagine a world without you"

"You are my rare hero"

He slipped the ring on my finger happily and hugged me

The crowd started clapping and cheering happily shouting congratulations

He crashed his lips on mine hungrily not minding the crowd

The press were not left out, they took tons of pictures

I was reluctant at first but who cares he owns me now

I kissed him back

"At last, I gat to taste those lips"

I smiled at my thoughts

"Can you please get a room" Austin's voice interrupts us

We separated immediately

Tony smiled satisfied

"Congrats man" Austin says patting Tony

"Am soo happy right now" Tony replied

"Mrs Chomzy Cruz" Laudia called

I turned and hugged her

"Thank you dear" I replied

I hugged all my crew members who came to congratulate me

Tony came close to me and took my hand

Austin went and held Laudia

We looked at them quizzically

"Man is there anything your not telling me" Tony questioned

"Well, I seemed to have found my missing rib"

He answered smiling at her

"You know I have a thing for music lovers and she is a cool one coupled with her beauty and character, I can't help but fall in love"

"Wow, am so happy for you girlfriend" I chrilled happily and hugged her

"No wonder you usually comes to our rehearsal every day claiming to be supervising us" I teased Austin

"Let's say its love" he replied

"Congrats Bro" Tony hugged his brother

We all walked happily to our separate cars

I guess God is smiling towards me at last" I thought

It's been two years now

We are married already

Tony and Laudia are out of the States for their honey moon

"Honey come and see" Tony shouts from the sitting room"

I rushed to the sitting room

I smiled as I saw him carrying one of the twins

He is indeed a proud father

I sat down beside him

He pecked me and directed my gaze to the television

They were showing the interview I attended last week

'Did I tell you that I re recorded all those songs that Lizzy and Sam stole from me"

"Yes I did and that's what the interview was about"

I answered truthfully everything they asked

Now most of the songs are going viral

Watching the program got me emotional and I started crying

Tony went and laid our son in his cradle quietly, came and hugged me

"You don't need to cry love"

"You have made me proud and I will always be proud of you"

"You are a strong woman"

I snuggled closer to his warmth and allowed him to console me

"He is indeed my rare hero" I smiled satisfied
