She Did It - Episode 2
They were done with cleaning. Everywhere was sparkling clean, looking like someone hadn't splattered blood on the floor. Bimpe ordered Sheila and she made to her kitchen where she kept a big nylon bag they used to wrap around him.
It was 8:00pm, after they waited for darkness to register its effect, before they tucked the body at the back of the boot and drove away with it, to a far village where they would dispose the body in a stream. They thought of the idea, because disposing him in a nearby river would leave traces of his death. And might make them a suspect. They all carried his body to Sheila's car. They all came back to the room to wipe out traces of bloods and used a deodorant with a thick odour to neutralise the smell. The room smelt nice.
"Let us go", Bimpe said as they all picked their bags and made out of the room. Sheila locked her door. They were all trendy girls as they had their own cars. Tola and Bimpe worked in a multi national company while Sheila owned a big fashion house. Sheila wears were patronised by female big wigs in Lagos
"You seem shaky?", Bimpe said to Sheila, and she nodded in affirmation.
"I guess you should drive", Tola said to Bimpe with a wrinkled sad face. Bimpe entered the driver's seat, Tola sat at the back and Sheila sat at the front

. They all drove off to their destination. The road was free, so there was no hitches or gridlocks. They were stopped by policemen at the junction, and they settled them with some amount of money, telling them were going somewhere so important to them.
"It's shocking this people didn't stop us to ransack our car?", Tope said at the back.
"This is not Nollywood movie with their unrealistic standard in a Nigerian setting", Bimpe said. Sheila was covered in sweats and wasn't listening to their conversations. Her heart was beating so fast. She felt like a big rock was placed on her chest.
They arrived at a village and everywhere was filled with bushes. Breathing palm trees, iroko trees, obeche and shrubs leaves swinging up and down. It was night and the lovely breeze had saturated, circulating in its glory. Each house they passed, followed by swinging trees which covered the bushes. Most houses weren't fenced.
"What a beautiful scenery", Tola said expecting no answer. No one answered her, regardless.
The road was slopy and their car was galloping. They experienced difficulty until they arrived at the river.
"Phew!, What a journey", Bimpe said and exhaled.
"We all have to come out", Tola said. They all came out, gripped with fear. They went to the car bonnet. Sheila opened it and they brought out the body. They struggled and threw the body inside the river from the bridge constructed with wood. Mere resting on the wood would bring one down into the deep fast flowing river. They spoilt the long aged bridge embarkment before they threw the body down.
"We are free now. No rest for those or anyone who will cause pain to any of my gang", Bimpe giggled. She behaved razz even with her education and status. Before they could enter their car, three hefty men ran out from a nearby bush.
They were all same height, they could pass for 6ft tall and were large in weight. Their beards looked unkempt and hardly connected. They wore tattered shirt and had marijuana on their hands.
"Hey, stop there", they yelled in a cracked voice.
"What are you pretty girls doing here at an odd hour", one said and flashed a torch light on Sheila's eyes. She freaked out and fell on the ground.
"Our car broke down", Bimpe said with less fear.
"Your car broke down abi?.

. Oya, anything for the omo boys?", they chorused in a coarse voice.
One blurted, "omo see freshness, we dey three, dem dey three; you know what's up?".
"I'll give you any amount you want, but don't touch us", Sheila said, while crying. She was shaking like a convulsing child.
"Oya, how much do you have?", they asked. She scurried to where her bag was kept, counted twenty thousand Naira from the fifty thousand Naira she had in her bag. The money she was meant to give Rowland. Rowland's parents were rich, but he didn't have a tangible job he did. He depended on yahoo job, internet scam, which never paid him. He collected money from his parents and lavished it inappropriately. So, Sheila still financed him with monthly allowances.
"Have it", Sheila said.
"Omo, see money", one collected it from her and they all thanked her and left. Before they all turned their backs, they had entered the car, Bimpe turned on the ignition and they zoomed off.
They drove with full speed and arrived around 3pm. They honked at the gate and, Wale, the gateman opened the gate. Just then, Tola's phone rang, she wanted to answer it and her torch light came on, her eyes stuck out from what she saw.
