Thursday Prayers

The story explores love at first sight in the prayer setting. Though the ending is not a happy one as most of them (church couples), it gives the reader the other side of the story that we never get to know. Quite a number of people have found their life partners at prayer conventions and other such kinds of environment. When a couple works out, they always tell their love story of how they met at church or retreat or bible study or whatever prayer occasion it was but if they don't; most times the story dies behind the scenes. Now this is what the love story - Thursday Prayers gives life to. The stories we never get to hear. Besides that, the reader is exposed to the roman catholic church's most treasured prayer - Mass. As if that is not enough it shows you how a 'devoted christian' deals with a crash she finds in church while in prayer. They are not angels; they have blood too which is why they have feeling too.
