SO I DUNNO HOW MANY OF US KNOWS THIS SONG THAT IM GONNA USE, LIKE I LOOOOOVE IT..ITS BY ROXETTE, SONG OF THE 80'S. WELL, IF YOU DUNNO IT DOESNT MATTER ....BESIDES, THIS IS A REWARD FOR THE EARLIER TONY SOMETHING. I SHOULD NOT BE MAKING SUCH MISTAKES ELSE I WILL BE STUCK WITH REWARDING WITH TWO EPISODES LOL....

When she finally got home, she realized he hadn’t eaten the food that she had prepared for both of them, she knew because when she got back, she went to take a drink in the fridge and she found the food inside, she sighed.

“I am not feeling hungry.” He said behind her, and then she turned around.

“Whatever, it’s your food, you can do anything you want it.” She said, acting like it never bothered her.

Some minutes later, they were in the car and were going to work. Unlike other times, they were both quiet. No one said a word to the other. For her it was a good thing, she was really angry with him but what surprised her mostly was when he stopped the car by the side of the road.

. She looked up at him for an explanation but he gave none, seconds later the back door opened and Marcy stepped in.

“Hi Adams.” She said, ignoring her.

“Hey Marcy.” He replied and that was all.

For the first time in a while, she hasn’t been that embarrassed

. She felt so out of place and she knew that she didn’t belong in there again, Marcy had finally come in between them.

Adams and Marcy chatted about both the important and the unimportant things as they drove  to work.

He was feeling bad quite alright but he was confused as well. He knew that what he was doing was quite childish and immature but he had no idea how to stop it especially now that Marcy was around.  So many times, he would pretend as if he was trying to check the other mirror but he was only trying to look at her, he could see the pain on her face and he felt a pang of regret in his heart, yet, he had no idea what to say to her or how to make things right.

“Baby are you okay?” Betty asked as they got into their dressing room.

She sighed, Candy was not around yet. “I don’t know yet but you can ask me after the show tonight.” She replied.

Betty realized that something was off so she pressed her further as they took their wigs to brush, “you were saying something last night about you and Adams sharing a kiss? Are you confused about being in love with him?”

“No! In fact I don’t think I am interested in him anymore.” Angy retorted, brushing her wig with force.

Betty frowned, “what happened between you two?”

“You saw Marcy with us right?”

“Yea I did, I was surprised, wanted to ask what happened and if you were a fan of Marcy now.” Betty replied.

“Well, yesterday, I overheard her telling him something about me.” Angy replied.

“Something like what?”

Angy recounted all that she had heard to her friend.

“From yesterday, he had been acting so funny. Wouldn’t talk to me, wouldn’t eat my food and even saying that wearing the gifts might cause a sort of scandal.”

Betty gasped, “what! What a complete jerk! Oh, this is bad babe, Marcy is trying to come in between you two and Adams is acting all stupid and jealous.”

Angy scoffed, “jealous? Jealous of what?”

“Well, I am not sure yet but something is wrong. Marcy is trying to protect him from repeating the same thing he had with Rita, with you but he could have at least talked to you about it but wait, he is not even your boyfriend so why would he be acting like a stupid boy?”

Angy shrugged and continued brushing her wig, “I have no idea. He is really being mean. All through the time we were in the car this morning, we never spoke, not once. It was such a bad idea staying with him but it is just for the main time.”

Betty sighed, “You know you could come and stay with me right?”

“I don’t want to stay with you and your boyfriend, three is a crowd.”

“But Candy said you could....”

“I don’t want to stay at her place too, don’t worry, I will figure this out.”

Betty primed her lips and caressed Angy’s hair, “you know what’s going to happen tonight?”

“What?”

“You are going to perform so beautifully it will make his heart stop, let’s see what will happen next.”

Angy nodded, “I will do that.”

Adams got out of his office hours later as the show started, he was amazed at the size of the crowd that filled the club, it was a double of what they had seen the last time they held a show, even some people couldn’t get a seat and they just stood.

The music was slow and everywhere was quiet except for the music. He could see the stage from where he stood, he realized it was only Angy that was performing to Roxette’s song.

She was in a long blonde wig which reached almost her waist, she wasn’t behind a mask this time and she was wearing the cloth and the shoes and they looked so good on her it made his heart melt....all the whole defenses he had been building up for himself just melted...she took his breath away.

When Angy flowed in the dance it was like it was  the only language her body could speak.

Right now, he wasn’t seeing the person Marcy had made her seen, instead he could see the picture of a beautiful soul.

Adams watched every of her movement, her movement was a beautiful sparkling grace that took the breath of everyone in the club away including hers, whatever she was feeling right now was embedded in the emotions which she put into the dance and it was like it was talking to him...trying to make him see who she really was and asking to give a better chance to understand him...or maybe it was just the lyrics of the song.

She turned slightly and their eyes met, for a while his heart ceased as her celestial eyes shone right at him, whatever lens she had put on gave her an angelic look and it made his heart grieve for having to do what he had to do.

She kept on dancing without averting her gaze, he felt like she was directly passing a message to him and for a second, he could feel a soul-to-soul connection with her until the beat stopped and she shut her eyes to take a bow.

The whole club went agog and the applause went for a long time until the curtains dropped.

Adams inhaled and was finally back to earth, then he began to climb down and squeezed his way to where Collins was.

“Sup, boss.” The guy said.

“Adams why was there a solo performance tonight?”

“Well, it’s the decision of the girls, Candy brought the song and it seemed it best goes with a solo performance so, the girls decided to let our new flygirl take the stage and she did beautifully.”

“Alright.” Adams replied and walked towards the counter, Omega and Marcy were busy with customers which were twice the number they used to have before, he thought of not disturbing them so he walked out of the place, he thought of getting some fresh air.
