Elena was going to call Ariel, when she stop at the doorway to her daughter's room, which was opened, seeing something is about to happen between Grey and Ariel,

Elena know that look very well she quickly contacted her husband through the "Angel's whisper,"

she expected only her husband to come, not the entire family 

Shh, let's not disturb them, Elena said quietly as they watched both Ariel and Grey

Elena remembered the time she connected her bond with Raguel, Raphael was the only one present that day, she smiled at the memory and held her husband as they watch them

Ariel moved closer to Grey smiling wide, both Ariel and Grey were still not aware of their family standing outside the door 

They were so focus on themselves, that the outside world does not seem to exist

Grey stretch his hand forth and Ariel placed her hand on his,

they both gasp at the strong feeling and emotions that hit them at the same time, Grey hold Ariel's hand tighter,

but Ariel was not feeling satisfied, she  moved closer and hug Grey tightly, which made them sigh in contentment,

Ariel pushed their chest together more and Grey held onto her tightly and buried his nose in the crook of her neck and inhale deeply

She smelled heavenly to him, which is very comforting for him,

They both pulled back a little and they could both feel the love they have for each other,

Grey leaned in to kiss Ariel, which made Ariel leaned more, but Grey suddenly stopped when his eyes meet  with the entire family who was looking at them,

Ariel who was waiting for Grey to seal their lips together wonder why he stop until she follow his gaze to the door and saw her entirely family watching them 

 

They both straighten up, and leave little space between them, they were not comfortable in kissing in the presence of their family yet, especially Grey

Ariel knows her parents does not care who watched them while they kiss, they do it anywhere and Ariel hopes she will be comfortable enough one day to do it with Grey

Ariel saw the warm smile her parents and her family had on their faces, it made her smile widely,

Anna moved forward and hugged her son tightly,

"I'm so proud of you son" she whispered 

She knows her son has come a long way, from hating to have a soulmate, to having one which is an Angel, and her son has finally accepted his fate,

she was happy and words cannot describe it, now she knows her son will have the external love of a soulmate which he deserves

Tears roll down her check as she pulled back a little and gave her son a kiss on his forehead 

"I love you son"

"I love you too mom" Grey whispered as he wiped the tears from his mother's eyes

Ariel who was  wrapped in a big hug by her parents, watched Grey with a smile

She later separate from her parents and stood close to Grey 

I'm so happy for you guys, Samael said with a smile as he hugged his granddaughter and patted Grey on the back,

Samael knew that Grey was not really trusting of Angels but he knows that Grey will finally learn to trust them someday.

Alright people let's head downstairs, Elena announced as she led the way leaving Grey and Ariel standing alone in the room.

Grey took Ariel's hand and play with her fingers, I can't believe it has finally happen, he said softly

"Me too" Ariel replied as she look as Grey link their fingers together which made smile.

I feel so different, its seem I really know you more than I know myself, Grey muttered 

I never thought I get to experince this soulmate bond before,

because I never wanted a soulmate, I thought having a soulmate makes you weak,

but now I knows it's not true because I feel more stronger now I have connected the bond with you,

Grey said looking deeply at Ariel, he could not explain how lucky he felt.

I have always wanted a soulmate, for a long time, seeing my parents so much in love made me crave for a soulmate,

I know the time I meet you, you were not what I dream about,

But now I cannot dream about anybody other than you to connect with, you are perfect for me

 you are like my star's in my sky, the one that lightens up my world and  I only just started leaving, now that you are with me, now that you are "MINE"

"YOURS ALWAYS" Grey murmured pulling Ariel back into a hug 

They both hang there for a moment before they separated

Let's go downstairs, Ariel said holding out her hand to Grey, which he gladly took, as they made their way out of the bedroom.

 

Ariel saw her mother and Anna discussing something excitedly, she has no doubt they were talking about what happened earlier on,

Anna raised her head and her gaze connected with Ariel, she gave her big smile before she continue her conversation with Elena 

Grey took a sit on the couch, and Ariel settled next to him,

Ariel look up and saw her uncle, Michael absentmindedly watching the television

I will be back, she said softly to Grey as she stood up and went to meet will her uncle

Michael looked up when Ariel sat down next to him 

Hey, he murmured

Are you alright? Ariel asked softly 

"Yes" Michael said quickly making Ariel eyed him suspiciously

Don't look at me like that, Michael muttered 

Don't lie to me, Ariel said 

Michael shook his head, you are just like your father, Michael pointed out

Ariel smiled softly, so what's its wrong she asked 

But instead of answering Ariel's question he asked her a question 

So you finally accepted your bond with Grey, Michael asked

He was the only one who was not there when both Ariel and Grey connected the bond  

Ariel knew what her uncle was doing, he always dodge questions about himself, she always wonder what is bothering him.

Ariel nodded her head to Michael's question, and she smiled widely when she rembered she just only connected the bond few minutes ago

I'm really happy for you, Michael said 

Ariel smile at her uncle, one day you will find yours she added

"I will never have one" Michael whispered 

What did you say, Ariel asked
Michael did not even realize he said the word out loud and Ariel even heard him,

Never mind, just forget I said something

Ariel wanted to argue with her uncle but she decided against it, she wonders what his statement meant

I think someone needs you, Michael said with a tiny smile, making Ariel look up to see Grey watching her, she smiled at him 

You should go to him, Michael said 

But......

No, just go to him, I promise I'm fine he added as he forced a smile to his lips

Ariel nodded her, she did not put up an argument because she misses Grey, even though he was just seated few meters away from her, she just need to hold him, 

Ariel got up and made her way to Grey, once she sat down Grey immediately took her hand in his, and Ariel rest her head on his shoulder.

 

Michael on the other hand, sigh softly and rested his back on the couch, he closed his eyes for a brief second before he stood up from the couch and was heading towards the door, he met Raguel's  eyes and he knows his friend is worried about him, he gave Raguel a little smile before he left the house.

He stood outside staring at nothing in particular, until he heard the front door clicked opened he was expecting the person to be Raguel but  it was Anna instead

Hey, Anna said softly

Hey, Michael replied, 

He has never had a conversation with Anna before so he doesn't know what to say to her,

he just kept quiet and waited for Anna to start the conversation

I know what you are passing through, Anna said softly making Michael to snapped his head towards her direction 

What! Michael said giving Anna a confused frown 

Its just a matter of time Michael, it will get better, with that Anna made her way to the door she truned and gave Michael a smile

"It will get better" she said again before she entered the house

Michael was looking very confused, what does she mean by that he whispered, could it be that....

No it's not possible he said to himself 

I know there is something different about her, how can she know what I'm passing through, Michael murmured

He flashed his wings and vanished 

Grey and Ariel were still holding onto each other watching a show on the screen,  well Ariel waz watching the show,

because Grey was not watching the screen but his attention was on Ariel who was watching the television 

He still can't believe he has an Angel in his arms, he shook his head, 

"Fate always have a way of changing things" 

Weeks ago he won't even think of sitting close to an Angel or be in a house full of Angels 

Ariel averted her eyes from the television and look at Grey who was watching her,

Grey's eyes glance to her lips before it settled on her face, he knows she wanted a kiss, and he wanted it too 

Grey forget where he was and leaned down to kiss Ariel but as usually they were disturbed

Ariel!, Elena called making her turned her face at the last moment Grey's lips almost met hers, the kiss landed on her cheek instead.

Ariel turned her head to look at Grey who was smiling at her,

I can't believe that actually happened Ariel muttered faking annoyance, that kiss was meant for my lips she said

Grey shrugged with a smile, you missed it he added grinning widely 

Ariel shook her head, I can't believe this, she sais as she stood up and went to meet her mother in the kitchen, she helped set the dinning table 

The entire family eat in silence and after that Grey drag Ariel to her room and close the door behind them, and he pulled Ariel close to him, 

Have been waiting to do this, Grey said softly as he looked at Ariel's lips 

Ariel parted her lips in anticipation

A kiss is long overdue for a bond as strong as theirs

Grey wasted no time as he connected his lips with Ariel,

he kissed her softly, the kiss was nothing they both as ever felt before or ever experience

Grey wrapped his hand around her waist and kiss her with softly, he removed his lips from hers but he wasn't done.

 

Ariel felt Grey's warm lips on her neck, she closed her  eyes tightly as Grey place delicate kisses on her neck,

she felt a burning sensation on her neck as shiver run down her spine 

They both have only one desire, one wish, and they know it's only a matter of time before it happens
