Lydia's heart - Episode 33

She ran blindly to the school convenience, she needed to cry out her feelings, being adopted was her only crime. She bumped into someone but never cared to say sorry, instead she pushed the person violently and ran off cleaning her tears

Stanley was angry at the girl that ran into him and messed his perfectly sewn and ironed senator, he charged to push back but the girl beat him to it and pushed him that was when he saw the face of the girl

“Lydia(x), yes he can differentiate them now; his Lydia(x) is crying”

He need to find out what happened to her, he has been looking all round for her and here she is crying

“Lydia(x) wait up” he shouted and made to chase behind her but one of the teachers stopped him forcefully

“It’s time for you to give your farewell speech” the teacher said dragging him obviously of hate; most of the teachers hate him for his arrogant behavior but groan inwardly cus they were warned seriously not to lay a finger on him or his father will withdraw his support

“Spoiled rich brat” the teacher muttered under his breath

“But the senior prefect is there; he should do that” Stanley insisted

He dragged him forward “the principal said it must be you”

Stanley sighed and allowed himself to be dragged but frowned sadly at where the teacher was dragging him making his cloth rumple. He dares not speak, he is the games master that every student hates; he couldn’t wait to graduate so that he could deal with the games master amicably.

**** Lydia(n) smiled happily at the camera, she is very happy because everybody showed up for her graduation including her old grandma, aunties and their children,

She sighted Lydia(x) pressing her phone and decided to call her; they need to snap pictures too

She excused herself and left, but before she could get closer, Lydia(x) started running towards the convenience. She sensed that something was bothering her and ran after her to know what went wrong. She stopped abruptly as she saw Lydia(x) bump into Stanley and even pushed him; she hid her face immediately hoping to hear Stanley fight but saw him being dragged away by the games master.

She giggled at the sight and ran after her friend.

Lydia was troubled when she saw her daughter ran away, she wanted to go after her but her mother and friends advised her against it

“Leave her to go after her friend” her mom said

“But the crowd is too much, she might get hurt” Lydia said worried

“if you are talking about the lady that just left now, she is no longer a baby; so sit your butt down” Cindy says and everybody laughed, the atmosphere eased up a bit

Nelly faced her “so Cindy tell us about the ring on your finger”

Immediately everybody faced Cindy and noticed the ring; Cindy hid her hand behind her back shyly “he proposed”

“Who” Ritsy asked admiring the ring

“The guy at the shawama stand”

Ritsy eyes widened in ecstasy as she remembered the guy “wow, I am speechless; so you and Lydia got hooked there”

Cindy nods

“Well it’s a happy thing; I won’t object to that” Nelly says sipping her wine

“You love him” Ritsy asked

Cindy nods again

“Alright no problem”

“You are okay with it” Cindy asked happy that her worst nightmare ended in peace, she thought Ritsy would object

“yes, your happiness is my concern”

Cindy jumped happily on her and hugged her, she hugged Nelly too before facing Lydia “and you”

“I am so happy for you”

She hugged her happily

“me too” Mrs. Blessing said and raised her hand
Cindy smiled and hugged her gently “thank you Mah”

“so tell us everything about him” Nelly asked and Cindy starts ranting about her relationship

Kammy sat upright immediately in the car as he saw Lydia(n) run off from the group; he grinned and puts off the cigarette in his mouth, he checked the tracker he hid inside Lydia(n)’s watch and it showed that she is headed to the convenience. He has been waiting since the graduation started for an opportunity for Lydia(n) to be alone and an opportunity finally surfaced that he is never going to miss

He sent a message to his guys to get ready; he has to kill off that witch. He can’t share Lydia’s attention

He checked his phone again hoping to see a message from Chris telling him that he is in but nothing. “Damm that mother fucker, if he ever rattles him out, he will definitely clean him up”
