My Mistake - Episode 26
The blazing afternoon sun kissed her skin as she stepped out of the foyer. She shouldn't have come out, she thought. But what to do when she misses the other part of her and can't wait to have her eyes on his?
She looked around and spotted his car beside the big mango tree outside their house. She walked slowly over to him, adjusting her veil in the process and her face warming up with his intense gaze.
Damn how he makes her heart beat increases just by looking at her!!!
"Angel" he breathed taking in her look from head to toe "you...you look amazing."
Aysha smiled and looked away, shy with how he was looking at her without even looking away for a second.
"You ought to stop looking at me that way Dee." She said, smiling slowly.
"I can't help it, and i can't wait to make you mine completely."
"How are you? When are you sending your people?"
Abdallah scratched his head uncomfortably and looked away. His mother is still proving to be stubborn, he knew she won't back down easily, but he was hoping she would in this case___nothing seems to be working the way he wants them.
"Is there a problem?" Aysha asked suddenly nervous.
"Uhmn?" Abdallah asked trying to mask his emotions "not at all princess. I'll send them soon don't worry."
"Tell me if there's a problem please" Aysha pleaded, her eyes suddenly moist "your family don't want you to marry a divorcée right?" Her voice was shaking at the end. She knew things were too good to be real for her. Just when will she ever be happy?
"What? No, don't think that way Aysha. I'll make you mine soon, so please don't worry and calm down okay?"
"This was one of the reasons i didn't say yes to you in the first place. I know no family will ever want their son who has never married to marry a divorcee. You were just too stubborn to listen, and now look at the mess you've put us both. I love you Abdallah, i never knew I'd love anyone the way i loved Fadeel, but you proved me wrong. But now, i doubt if I'll ever open my heart to anyone___ever again."
"Aysha wait" he called at her retiring figure, but Aysha didn't look back nor stopped to acknowledge that he was calling her.

"What are you talking about Hajiya?" Alhaji Ibrahim asked angrily "you want me to send my daughter back to that fool who doesn't even know that value of a woman talkmore of his own wife. You still want her to go back to him?"
"He has repented Alhaji. Don't be too naive. Do you think Abdallah's family will allow him marry a divorcée? You think it was easy for me to come to that decision? No, it wasn't, and I've thought much about it before finally making up my mind. Fadeel already repented, and you and i both know he wants Aysha back!"
Alhaji Ibrahim was quite, trying to take in what his wife just said. Yeah, she is right__but is he willing to make his daughter suffer again?
Aysha backed away, tears rolling down her cheeks. Maybe it's time she goes back to her former husband rather than keep hoping to get Abdallah.

THREE WEEKS LATER
Fadeel paced the room as he talked on phone "yes yes, i want the house to be renovated" he paused and listened before he continued "oh yes, and that too. I'll also like for the furnitures to be from your company. Okay, thank you."
He ended the called and smiled as he looked around his room. His eyes suddenly stopped as they locked with Amirah's.
"What are you doing here you b-ch!" He snarled angrily.
"Oh, so now am a b-ch right? When you're trying to make me yours i was your queen but now a b-ch right? Indeed, life is surely funny."
"Am too busy to waste my precious time talking to you woman. As you can see, I'm getting married again."
"You can't be serious Fadeel! What do you mean you're getting married again?" She bellowed angrily.
"You heard me right woman. I'm getting married this week, and there's nothing you can do about it."
"And you think I'll sit back and watch you get married to another woman? Do you think I'm as stupid and naive as Aysha?"
A resounding slap welcomed her face and she yelled before moving back.
"Let. This. Be. The. Last. Time. You. Say. Something. Bad. About. That. Woman!" Fadeel said, emphasizing each later. "I won't take it lightly with you next time. Oh, and you won't believe the woman am getting married to. It'll be a surprise, keep enjoying your life dear Amirah."
_Sorry, i know the chapter is short, but am still sick. Please do forgive me. Are there people on wattpad? I have an interesting story I'll put up there which has only four more chapters till the end. Wanna read?
