Pierced Rose - Episode 50

It was Maggie's birthday and the girls went out for some treat...Reginah was happy she could for once enjoy the luxuries like manicure, pedicure, massage and make up done by a make up artist thanks to Brad's credit card.

The girls were busy having  some ice cream at their favourite joint and people couldn't stop staring. They looked beautiful, elegant and sophisticated. They girls eyed them with envy while the guys drooled over them.

The birthday girl had worn a white strapless high/low sateen twill gown paired with black chunky heels. Reginah had on white skater dress, Mary had on a white flare belted fit dress which reached on the knees and Patience had in a golden sequin mini dress.. The trio matched their dresses with black stilettos.

All the girls had wigs on their heads apart from Reginah who had a messy bun. She looked adorable with some strands lying at the sidelines of her face.

"Can you imagine Greg never wished me Happy birthday???" Maggie lamented fighting back her tears.
"But we are here for you, aren't we???"
"Yes you are, thank you guys..." Maggie retorted as they all held hands...
"Guys we need to go, Brad is in danger.." Reginah cried out running out of the ice cream parlour as the girls followed her..

Maggie drove like a mad person at Brad's place. She couldn't imagine Reginah loosing Brad or her a friend.. They hurriedly ran to the lift and to Brad's apartment...

"Surprise!!!!"
Maggie almost collapsed.. She staggered back wanting to fall but Reginah held her...

The walls were decorated with Maggie's photos since she was young.. The ceiling was dressed with steamers and a cluster of clear balloons with colour confetti for a colour pop.

The theme of the room was world theme since she loved travelling.
There was also a striking  centerpiece at the table with the chocolate satin cake, her favourite and drinks.. It was a large bowl with water added floating candles...

The words had left the guys as they stared at the girls. They were busy with the decorations while the girls were out treating themselves.. They even  had no time to get dressed, they had worn sweatpants and vests.

"Are you angels???" Ben stuttered, pointing at them with a shaky finger.
"Do you like what you see???" Mary asked and they all nodded eyes still stuck on them..

Maggie looked around but couldn't see Greg..

"My chocolate girl, you look so beautiful. Come to papa.." Brad begun walking towards Reginah but Mike held him back," Behave.."

"But I wanna kiss my girl," Brad retorted.
"She is going nowhere..." Mike stated while Reginah covered her mouth not to laugh.

Maggie was looking down blinking her eyes so hard not to cry when she heard a familiar voice" Did you think I would miss your birthday surprise party????"

She lifted  her eyes up only to see her Greg standing infront of her wearing a black tuxedo. He looked handsome...

"Happy birthday, my love.." Greg beamed hugging her...
"Thank you my love.." Maggie could no longer fight her tears...
"You look so beautiful my love."
"You also look handsome my love.." They kissed..

"Close your eyes, I have a surprise.." Greg requested.
When Maggie opened her eyes, Greg was on one knee.."Maggie Wanjiru, will you marry me???" 

For a moment, Maggie felt like the world was on a standstill... She was at a loss of words while she covered her mouth...

"Maggie Wanjiru, would you do me the honour of being my wife???"

For a second there it seemed she would collapse," Yes Greg Kamau. I will marry you.." She screamed excitedly as her fiance put the ring on it...

The room was filled with claps and screams...
"I love you honey," Maggie cried, kissing him..
"I love you too.."
"How did you do this???" Maggie asked as Greg wiped her tears off..
"Thanks to your friends, they made it possible..."
"Thank you guys, I love you.." Maggie stated, sending them kisses...

"Can I now kiss my woman??" Brad asked,  the room echoed with laughter.
"Of course..." Mike said letting him loose.

With no hesitation, he ran to his girl and lifted her off the floor..
"You are so beautiful my queen," Brad whispered kissing her and the room was filled with Awwws.

Mike got back to making Barbeque at the balcony... Malcolm was busy getting cosy with his girlfriend... Ben and his girlfriend were  busy having drinks at the dining table...

Reginah had seated on Brad's lap and Maggie on Greg's lap as they talked about the wedding plans and how Greg was gonna pay Maggie's parents visit.

The issue on Greg's negligence was cleared when he told Maggie the reason why he was so busy... He had plans to start his own club and that's why he was always busy...

The plans were success and now he owned his own club called Gremag... That is Maggie and Greg....

Carlos and Mary were at a corner talking... Mary pretended to find him irritating while in real sense she found him attractive... Patience had gone to give Mike some company. It seemed they were having fun since they were always laughing....

They ate, drank and danced the night away... Maggie and Greg slept in the guest room as Brad and Reginah went to their room..

The rest were left playing truth and dare... Everyone wanted Jayson to be there but unfortunately he had travelled to see his parents in Italy..

When they were in the room, Brad unzipped Reginah's dress..
It slowly dropped on the floor as he pinned her on the wall..

He tries to kiss her but she pulls back,"Not yet honey..." She pushed him aside and staggered to bed...

Brad ran  to her and held her from behind,"What's wrong love???"
"I don't want you to tease me, I want you to make love to me..."
