Synder-Ella - Episode 15

Synder knew the dude was probably crazy with the way he kept on cursing and talking to himself since the men left them alone.

He wouldn’t just stop murmuring and then all of a sudden, he would just shout, “oh damn!”

Now, she was just getting tired of all these.

“Would you shut up and let me enjoy a moment of peace!”

He finally stopped and turned his head towards her.

“A moment of peace, in this predicament?”

“Yes, look, I appreciate the fact that you got abducted just because you wanted to help me but you really did a lousy job.”

He frowned, a little flash of disappointment crossed over his face as he listened to her.

“I mean, you saw some idiots trying to kidnap a lady and you just came just like that, with no policeman or any guard. What did you think you were going to do? Plead to them.

. Now you got us both abducted. Next time, if you don’t have a good plan, just walk away!” She snapped, rolling her eyes.

Henry looked at the lady but kept quiet, he was too confused to even think of what to say.

“Then, why were you talking to them as if you knew them?” She asked again, looking at him suspiciously.

“Look, I don’t know what you are talking about young lady.” He replied,  looking away.

Synder frowned, he knew he was hiding something from her but what could he possibly be hiding, he was as well abducted and now instead of stressing herself, she would need to start thinking of a way to get out of this place.

What about Katrina?
She looked at her feet, the shoes were still on her feet. Should she trade them for her freedom?
This was her mothers’ and once it’s gone, she had no idea if she would be able to retrieve them back.

. She needed to do something fast.

All of a sudden, the door opened again and two men came in, each carrying a plate of food and a bottle of water which was placed in front of them.

“So are you going to release our hands, so we can eat the food?” Henry asked, and the men exchanged glances and smiled.

“No, we are going to feed you, but first, we need to ask some questions.” The man in front of Henry said. Then he pulled two of the stools close-by and both men sat on each, facing Synder.

“You should talk to me, leave that poor girl alone.” Henry shouted at them.

“Please shut him up.” The first man said to the other who stood up, brought out a piece of cloth from his pocket and first of all punched Henry so hard across the jaw, he cried out and began to cough. After this he tied the cloth in between his mouth, so tight, so that his mouth was opened and the lips were prevented from coming together by the piece of cloth.

“Better.” The first man said and then the other man came to meet him again, they faced Synder who looked at them, clearly terrified.

“Now, little princess, you are going to tell us who your parents are, we will find a way to reach them so we can come to a conclusion on how we can get paid before we release you.”

Synder frowned, “but..I am not even a princess, I swear.”

The men exchanged glances and shook their head.

Then one of them brought out his gun and pointed at her.

“Do you think this is a joke?” He demanded, his brows bustling together.

Synder shut her eyes as she spotted the gun. Her heart was beating faster.

“Please, I swear it, I am not lying.”

“So you are not a princess and you want us to believe that? With the gown you are wearing, and your shoes? Really?
Synder knew this would be hard to explain but she still needed to try.

“Look, I know this will be difficult, but believe me. I wore it because I forgot to take it and Katrina, the real princess left me and...”

The men ignored her and one of them spat on the ground.

“Shut up! Do you think we are joking here? Or we resemble mumu for your eye?” The other one shouted.

“Don’t worry, once we start torturing you, you will tell us who your parents are.” The man said, picking up the plates of food which were untouched. “You are not going to eat until you tell us who your parents are.”

“Please, I only have a step mother and she wouldn’t mind if I rot in here, please, find out the truth please.” Synder pleaded but they ignored her.

The men stood up and one of them went to remove the cloth around Henry’s mouth.

“What should we do to him?”

“Who is he?”
“I don’t know, he just poked his nose into what wasn’t his business.” The other replied.

“He is a nobody, let’s just leave him here until boss knows what we can do with him.”

Henry watched both men as they talked. For a while, he thought he should let them know who he was, if he did, maybe they would release him and the poor girl, but if that happens, his mother would know that he had deceived them replacing himself with his friend, and Peter would be doomed for life. Oh dear...what could he do?
