Andy took his steps towards Mercy's ward.

When he got to the door, he touched his pocket so he can feel the bulge of his gun, satisfied with the result, he pushed the door open and went in but to his greatest surprise, he saw an old man lying there with a little boy sitting on a stool beside him.

He rubbed his eyes gently so as to make sure he wasn't dreaming.

"doctor, my mum had been looking for you earlier"

the boy blurted out.

He murmured what the boy couldn't hear (i couldn't hear it either) then walked out of the room immediately to where his colleague was standing.

"hope its done ?"

Jordan asked

"for where? She's no longer in that ward" Andy replied

"are you sure of what you are saying?"

"yes of course"

"where could she be then?"

"are you asking me? I am as confused as you are right now''

"come on. We gotta check all the rooms in this Hospital ! That Girl must not escape" Jordan asserted.

Felix has managed to get a conducive apartment for mercy.

He pushed her around the house with her wheel chair as they interacted.

"hope you likes the house?"

he asked jovially.

"yes dear. I can't stop thanking you

. You are such a nice person" she remarked.

"any thing for you my dear. I hate to see you sad" he smiled at her.

"you've done a lot for me , i don't know how to pay you back."

she blurted.

"don't worry dear, i never asked for a pay back."

"why are you being so kind to me upon the fact i don't even deserve to live."

she asked.

At her question, He stopped pushing the wheelchair, then went and squart before her.

He took her two hands with both of his and looked straight into her eyes.

As he tried saying something, his Phone began to ring.

. He released her hand and reached for his phone which was singing right down inside the pocket of his trouser .

He checked the caller and it was his Dad.

He knew finally that their was fire on the mountain.

His father rarely calls him and when ever he did, the reason must be very important.

Now he hadn't returned home since 2 days ago and that alone is a problem.

"hello dad"

He greeted immediately he picked the call.

The old man began to rant abusing words to him at the other end of the call.

Felix didn't get all the words he was saying because he sneered.

All he understood before the call went dead was that he should return home as soon as possible.

After the call , he turned to Mercy, she was putting on an awful sad look and that scattered him.

He never wants to see her sad for any reason.

"i am sorry if i am becoming a problem to you"

she said faintly.

"did i complain? I don't want to see you sad. Just cheer up. I promise to get you the revenge you deserve and i guess that will make up for the broken leg i caused you"

he articulated. she took his hand and squeezed it tight with a smile on her face. Guess she has no idea on effect of her smiles on him. Each time she smiles his heart jubiliated in a high rate.

"Thank you Felix. Its very hard to find some one like you"

she specified.

"don't mention it"

"i think you should Go and see your family now so as to avoid more problem because of me".

"until my minder gets here, i won't leave"

Few minutes later, they heard a knoke at the door.

Felix checked the visitor and it was exactly his minder of which he was expecting at the very moment.

He gave him instructions to take care of the young Lady and give her every thing she wants.

He also gave a strick warning not to open the door for any one and he was never to leave her alone in the house for any reason too.

He kissed her right finger and left all the way to his house.

His heart pounded heavily as he drove the car. So many thought went through his mind .

What is he going to say in order to defend himself before his father.

He knew he is too hard and cruel.

For sure , certainty states it that he won't escape his wroth.

Also still in the car, he had started missing Mercy already.

He had never thought of living else where from his father's house apart from the very moment when the Idea of living with Mercy and taking care of her crossed his mind.

Chief Gavin was in his sitting room as usual when Felix sauntered.

He stood immediately and charged toward him angrily.

Before Felix could even think of what he was up to, he has received a warm slap from him already. It was obvious his Father was Angry at him to the Limit.
