You said I'm a Perfect blend of coffee but then you'd rather have a cup of tea, I hope it satisfies your taste, and you don't get a sour tongue from the sting of its hotness.
I hope it relaxes your muscles much more than I'd have done. I hope you don't finally wish to taste the coffee when the tea becomes cold and goes rancid.
Oh the perpetual agony of loving something that can easily be stolen.
Nevertheless I still hold dear the memories we've shared, it's a reminder that love once lived here, that I was capable of being loved.
Though it's quiet unfortunate that you were blown away with the first haze But "I hope You don't get to come back after you started to smell like closing doors,
I hope you don't get to come back after your name had been translated in a language foreign to me, when I'm memorizing new names of different people.
I hope you don't get to come back just so I could re-absorb the scent I tried so hard to exhale out of my system, how you sounded like you belonged to me when you never did."
nice poem; keep it up
Thanks @ Uche
